Account & Data Deletion

Send a deletion request to support@sondhan.app.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Registered mobile number
• Registered email address, if used
• Reason for deletion (optional)

SONDHAN Account Deletion Request

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize:

• User profile information — name, phone number, email address, profile photo
• Saved / favourite properties
• Customer inquiry records, where legally allowed
• User-submitted property listing owner details, where legally allowed

Some data may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or business record purposes, including:

• Property listing records needed for admin / business verification
• Abuse, spam and fraud prevention logs
• Legal compliance records

Retained data will not be used for marketing.

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 to 30 days after verification.
